Assalammualaikum everyone. Hmm today I want to share
a bit about a healthy life. You know, everyone should be controlling their
daily life so they can live a happy & healthy life. This is some tips about
habit to live longer.
Firstly, don’t overeat. Most of people always get
hungry and eat something that is not healthy for our diet. Maybe you should
lessen that by leaving a little bit of food on your plate.
Then the second habit is turn off the TV. You know,
a fact that is in 2010 study found that people who watched four or more hours a
day were 46% more likely to die from any cause than people who watched less
than two hours a day. Even cutting back a little can help, for each additional
hour you watch increases your overall risk of dying by 11% and dying from heart
disease by 18%.
After that, the third one is stay out of the sun.
Avoiding the sun can prevent you from getting skin cancer and also keep you young
by preventing wrinkles, saggy skin and etc. One more thing, don’t focus only on
your face but focus on your chest and neck because it will make you older.
This is the fourth habits for non-Muslims
especially. You must drink in moderation because women who have two or more
drinks a day and men have three or more may run into detrimental effects
ranging from weight gain to relationship problems. But in smaller quantities,
alcohol can actually be good for you.
